Jillian A Bevilacqua (she/her)

Hello all! My name is Jillian A Bevilacqua, and I am the creator of the Canard Islands. I was the director, creative director, and head show writer/ story writer for the original immersive event that sparked this world! I have been a part of this project since day 1 (since day 1 was the day I wrote down the first pitch), and I hope to follow this project wherever it may go. I am a live entertainment writer by trade and a pirate by choice. Professionally, I write live events and interactive experiences for theme parks, museums, hotels, and other guest driven spaces. To me, stories exist to spread joy. Everything I do is in service of making as many people happy as possible!

Piper Ruth (she/her)

Piper Ruth (she/her) is a cowriter and codirector of Tales from the Canard Islands and currently studies Dramatic Writing with a minor in Production Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. Writing has always been her passion and dream career, and her main focuses include writing for stage plays, live events, and audio fiction. Outside of writing, Piper is a Coloradian, actress, radio personality, suhsi lover, wannabe hippie, horror buff, and cool girl (according to her parents). Nino Bonura (he/him)

Nino Bonura (he/him) is a writer and connoisseur of all things pirate. He’s overjoyed to be working with such talented actors and fellow writers, and he has his brother Niccolo to thank for getting him involved in this awesome project.

Kendahl Cooper (she/her)

Born and raised Texan with the spunk to back it up. Acting is my passion because it’s a chance for me to put not only touch the people who see me perform, but bring another person’s vision to life. I hope I make your day!

Kayla Dixon (she/her)

Kayla Dixon is a recent college graduate from Savannah College of Art & Design with a BFA in Performing Arts. She plays the character of Keels the fierce pirate leader of the thieves. She loves acting, writing, watching action films, and knows interesting facts about the Walt Disney Company

Cassidy Spring (she/her)

Cassidy (or Cassidy Spring) recently transferred to SCAD as a Sophomore who is majoring in the performing arts! She joined scripted club this spring and is so excited to now be a part of the Tales of the Canard Islands podcast:)

Hannah Swinton (she/her)

Hannah Swinton is an actor currently based in GA with an interest in acting for film and television. Some of her recent credits include The Girl from Plainville and Pay to Repent. She is very excited about this project and cannot wait for audiences to be introduced to the world of the Canard Islands!

Edan Ray (she/her)

Edan Ray is a SCAD Sophomore Student who is majoring in Writing, and is minoring in dramatic and creative writing. She does acting simply as a fun hobby. She’s so excited to be a part of the cast!

Claire Lefort (she/her)

Claire is a performing and voice over artist located in the southeast, absolutely thrilled to be voicing and sharing First Mate Jennifer Finch. She is very proud of her team for the amount of hard work and dedication they’ve put into this project. Enjoy

Niccolo Bonura (he/him)

Niccolo is an actor, musician, and performing arts Junior at SCAD. He is also now a pirate, which is very cool.

Mackenzie Shaye Murray (she/her)

Hello, my name is Mackenzie Shaye Murray and I play Dalia in Tales from the Canard Islands. Outside of this project I am a Voice Actor, ScriptWriter, Director, Video and Sound Editor, Model, and Cinematographer.

Eva Daskos (they/them)

Eva plays the lovely Madame Madeleine Skyes and is beyond enthusiastic to do so! They love performance in all its forms and are so excited to showcase the incredibly thrilling, beautiful, and unique world of the Canard Island with their awesome castmates and crew!
